Forma Structure is a startup in the packaging design space that approached us to help create an online experience for their products. We worked with Forma to create a minimalistic and modular website to highlight their packaging design products and digital downloads.
Less is More
During the design phase it became clear that having less information but presenting it an effective way would be important. With this in mind everything was built in a way makes all content easy to rearrange and reconfigure at a later time. Although most e-commerce happens on desktop, the mobile experience is critical for people looking to find quality digital assets for their campaigns.
Simplicity is the Ultimate Sophistication
The goal for the website is to showcase the stripped-down packaging forms. When browsing the site, users are greeted by beautiful high resolutions images which display in a masonry style gallery.
About Forma
Forma is a unique company which offers white-labeled packaging structures. DesignUps created an online experience allowing visitors to preview the various packaging forms and imagine how the branding could be applied. Version 2.0 of the website will offer downloadable files for savvy designers to apply their own graphics.
