We designed a new look for Potluck, an app made to bring people together through community events and gatherings. Potluck is redefining "social-media" by providing community-building tools that incentivize offline gathering with a sense of togetherness.
What was included in the brand refresh? We focused on updating the brand's visual style and UI elements. Working directly with the founder, we completely overhauled the application UX design and website.
Along the way we also looked for small creative details that would help to bring the brand to life. The logo animations are an example of how we made the brand mark a bit more playful.

Hosts can share memories and photos of the events they created, and invite guests to post and comment. We designed a timeline that is intuitive and familiar, where users can easily scroll though their events by date.
We improved the design of the events chat with a more modernized chat inferface. Hosts can easily connect with guests on event happenings and updates.
The event creation tools gives hosts a full list of guests and invite responses. Event hosts can also choose to allow guests to invite friends of their own with an easily toggleable option.
The marketing website was rebuiilt on the webflow platform to showcase the updated brand design and generate more leads.
