Discovery Process

The DesignUps Discovery process identifies pain points, and we talk with the business stakeholders and customers before researching possible solutions and technologies. Armed with actionable data, we then create a plan that will lead to more successful outcomes. At the end of the Discovery phase, we present our findings to the client along with a plan that addresses client goals, challenges and solutions.

By communicating with business stakeholders and customers we can pinpoint more in-depth needs.

3) Research

Our research aims to find solutions for the problems your business faces and the best paths to implement them.

4) Creating the Plan

We create a plan that relieves user issues and/or refocus on elements that will elevate interest and usability.

5) Presentation

We present all of our findings to the client with some solutions to move forward.
